Founders' story

Biotech innovation moves fast—but hiring hasn’t kept up. Startups struggled with slow, expensive recruitment, trapped by outdated agencies charging sky-high fees with little flexibility. The result? Delayed hiring, stalled R&D, and missed breakthroughs.

With a background in biomedical laboratory technology and experience at Johnson & Johnson, I saw biotech’s challenges firsthand—from early R&D to market launch. Later, as a biotech recruitment lead, I realised traditional agencies avoided risk-sharing, making hiring even harder for early-stage companies.

That’s why we built BIOSCALEY. My co-founder, an AI & automation specialist, and I designed a recruitment model built for biotech startups. By automating 90% of manual tasks, we eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and give startups faster, data-driven hiring. Instead of liquidity-draining fees, our subscription-based model scales with you—because hiring should fuel growth, not slow it down.
